In-Stock Items: If you are not satisfied with your
purchase, return it within 15 days for a full refund of the purchase price.
Sorry, we do not refund shipping charges.
Custom Orders: If we make a mistake, just return
the item within 15 days for a full refund, including shipping. Otherwise there
is a 50% re-stocking fee for return of custom orders. Or, you may exchange your
item for another at full value. Sorry, we do not refund shipping charges except
when we have made a mistake.
Condition of Returned Items:
When returning or exchanging an item, all original tags must still be attached to the item and must be enclosed in the original packaging. Once these conditions are met, there will be no re-stocking fees charged and a full refund will be made excluding handling charges.
Clearance and Discontinued Items: There are no refunds or exchanges accepted on clearance or discontinued items.
